What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 500 units per SKU. For custom formulations or private-label packaging, MOQ may be higher depending on the configuration. We'll confirm in the quote.
How long does it take to get a quote?
We respond to every RFQ within 24 business hours. Complex custom requests may take an additional day if we need to consult our formulation team.
Can I get samples before placing a full order?
Yes. Check the sample request box in the form. Standard SKU samples typically ship within 7–10 days of confirmation. Sample costs and shipping are confirmed in our response.
Do you offer private-label and OEM options?
Yes. We support full private-label packaging, custom formulations, and OEM production. Include your branding or spec requirements in the notes field or attach a reference file.
Which markets do you export to?
We export to North America, Europe, Australia, and select markets in Asia and South America. Regulatory requirements vary by destination — mention your target market in the notes and we'll flag any compliance considerations.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% before shipment. T/T and L/C are both accepted. We'll confirm terms in the proforma invoice.
What certifications does your bear spray carry?
Our products are CE certified and SGS tested. Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Specific certification documentation can be provided on request as part of the quotation process.
Is there any obligation when I submit an RFQ?

What to Include for the Most Accurate Quote
Bear spray has more specification variables than most aerosol products. The more of these you can tell us upfront, the more useful the first quote will be — and the fewer rounds it takes to get to a number you can work with.
Quantity
Per SKU, not total. If you're ordering multiple variants, list them separately.
Canister Size
225g, 325g, or 500g are our standard formats. Custom sizes are available on larger runs.
Spray Pattern
Cone, foam, or stream — each has different effective range and wind-resistance characteristics that affect which markets it suits.
Capsaicin Concentration
If you have a regulatory ceiling for your target market (EPA registration in the US, for example, has specific requirements), tell us. If you don't know, tell us the destination market and we'll advise.
Packaging Format
